Bank of America Check Presentation
In May 2011, representative members of the Women’s Leadership Council (WLC), a group of approximately 40 community and business leaders who have joined their human and financial resources to focus on assisting underserved young women in the Arrowhead United Way service area, excitedly arrived at the Bank of America downtown San Bernardino Branch to receive a $15,000 grant from Bank of America Charitable Foundation, and to personally thank Bank of America representatives for their continued support of the WLC’s programs.
LaSandra Sanders, SVP, CLP of Bank of America’s Southern California Region, also took the opportunity to thank the Women’s Leadership Council for their work in the community by stating that, “Thanks to your efforts, changes are taking place in the community, and Bank of America is pleased to partner with a group of leaders to help make positive change happen”.
